The governor of Monastir stressed that the objective of organizing this morning local committees in the delegations of Sahlin, Jamal and Bakalta, in order to closely follow the epidemiological situation in these delegations, which know the rates of infection with the Corona virus. the highest, in order to discuss the causes with members of the local committee and representatives of civil society on the one hand and Propose solutions to limit the spread of viruses according to the specificity of each delegation in order to present them for the attention of the regional committee.
And the regional health director said that the Sahelian delegation recorded 532 active cases per 100,000 inhabitants over the last 14 days, in addition to having recorded 84 positive analyzes yesterday, Sunday, after 181 rapid analyzes were carried out. , or 44%.
Members of the local disaster prevention and response and rescue organization committee presented the reasons for the expanding spread of the virus, which are mainly that the town of Sahlin is a transit point for users of the road and travelers to neighboring cities and states, in addition to the lack of respect for procedures and the non-wearing of masks.
Members of the local committee suggested a number of proposals and solutions that they believe are sufficient to limit the spread of the Corona virus, and perhaps the most important of these are:
