The state clerk stressed the need for periodic follow-up and continuous coordination between the various stakeholders to complete the procedures and expedite the attribution processes or allocate real estate from the maritime public domain to be provided to create a sectoral center for training in the professions of the seas adjacent to the sea fishing port in Tbolba, as well as إعدادSpecific technical studies to create the new center and to rehabilitate and prepare the vocational training center in order to ensure the launch of works and completion of the two projects in view of the urgent need to rehabilitate and develop training specializations in marine professions and sciences on the one hand, and the increasing demand by professionals for the competent workforce in the marine fishing sector generally on the other hand. The head of the Department of Economic Work and Investment in the state, Rajaa Al-Sharif, stated that the project to create a sectoral center for training in seafaring professions was approved by the Prime Minister during his supervision of an excellent working session of the Regional Council in Monastir on March 1, 2019, stressing that many sessions were held and lines were drawn up. With regard to the project of preparing and rehabilitating the vocational training center in marine fishing in Tbolba, the director of the center, Omar Kartas, explained that credits of 3.5 million dinars were allocated for the expansion of the center and the construction of a pedagogical technical complex on an area of ​​4059 square meters, in addition to allocating an appropriation of about 7 million dinars from The German Development Bank accepted to rehabilitate and prepare the center and to acquire a training boat, a bus and a truck equipped with a cooler box, and to create a pedagogical unit for aquaculture in floating cages, and a pedagogical unit according to the typical “Aquaponi” technique for freshwater fish farming under greenhouses and in a way that is integrated with the production of early birds .
