to organize a joint campaign against insects over the next week over a period of four days between the municipalities of Monastir, Khneis, Benblat Al-Manara and the two Sahel Muammar, as well as to invite regional administrations to support the efforts of the municipalities to implement the axes of the regional plan to fight against insects in order to ensure the effectiveness of the intervention and invite the regional delegation for tourism to follow the process of treatment within tourist establishments and their external surroundings, and invite the administrations for disinfection to undertake the opening and cleaning of wastewater evacuation networks to reduce their flooding, and the maintenance of purification stations and pumping stations, and inviting the air administration to prepare, house and prepare soils by clearing and cleaning waterways and surveying regional and numbered roadsides, and the invi tation of the regional agricultural development commission to undertake the uprooting of parasitic weeds, the cleaning of roadsides and paths, the treatment of irrigation ponds or the planting of Cambodian fish.
The State Clerk stressed that the meeting of the regional insect control committee is part of the monitoring of the intervention programs of the municipalities to fight against insects for the summer and the tourist season. , stressing at the same time to organize the joint campaign between the neighboring communes to intervene in difficult areas and in the communal borders shared between the communes by physical and chemical interventions on the ground or the planting of Cambodian fish in ponds and where water stagnates in large swamps and deserted sections, while waiting to be intervened by air treatment, in particular in the tourist area and in Wadi al-Maleh (Hamada in Nabla and Khneis) and in the Moknin sabkha.
